User Support Options

Studo Flow provides multiple different ways to setup technical user support.

1. Support via email or website

  • supportUrl must be set (System Configuration)

2. Support via Studo Intercom

  • intercomAppId must be set to eqi2cjhr (System Configuration)
  • DalUser.intercomUserHash for Intercom Identity Verification will be fetched from the Studo API

3. Support via own Intercom (no Identity Verification)

  • intercomAppId must be set to your own Intercom Tenant ID (System Configuration)

4. Support via own Intercom (with Identity Verification)

  • intercomAppId must be set to your own Intercom Tenant ID (System Configuration)
  • intercomIdentityVerificationSecretWeb must be set to your Intercom Identity Verification Secret for Web (System Configuration)
