General HTTP Importer

The General HTTP importer allows Flow to import data by pulling it from an HTTP API provided by an external system. Flow periodically fetches each entity from the configured endpoints and imports it. Unlike the API importer, where data is pushed to Flow, here the external system exposes the API and Flow acts as the client. Groups and events are returned nested inside their course.
